Description

We are a boutique litigation firm  that was formed in 2008.  We focus on limiting our engagements to ones we like rather than adopting high volume model.  The firm handles both plaintiff and defense cases involving construction and professional liability as well as general business litigation.
To the extent you generate business you will be provided substantial  additional compensation based on your collected receipts.
As a senior litigator you will have substantial responsibility to be lead counsel in some cases while working with other firm members on others.  
Our goal is to hire a senior lawyer who fits our entrepreneurial spirit and is deeply committed to providing exceptional legal representation to our clients. This opportunity will begin as a contract role, with the long-term goal of bringing on an attorney who can grow into ownership within the firm.

Requirements

This position requires strong skill in research and writing, discovery ( including e-discovery), proficiency in oral argument before the trial court including trial experience.
