Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Architectural Technician to join our team in a dual capacity: producing construction documents and supporting our licensed architect in the office, while also serving as an on-site field supervisor. This is a hands-on role that bridges the gap between design and construction, and is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable at a drafting workstation and walking a job site.

Requirements

       Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or related field

       Proficiency in AutoCAD

       Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

       Comfortable working on active construction sites and communicating with trades

       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

       Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits
