Description
Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support daily administrative and operational tasks.
This role is primarily responsible for accurate and timely data entry, maintaining organized records, and assisting with basic reporting functions. Knowledge of shipping and routing procedures is helpful.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter data into internal systems and spreadsheets.
Review information for completeness and accuracy before submission.
Maintain organized digital records and documentation.
Update and manage Excel spreadsheets on a daily basis.
Generate simple reports using Excel formulas and sorting/filtering tools.
Assist with order and inventory record updates as needed.
Support operations team with general administrative tasks.
Communicate discrepancies or missing information to management promptly.
Qualifications
Requirements
1+ year of data entry or administrative experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas required).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
Professional communication skills.
Basic knowledge of shipping or routing procedures
