Description
We are looking for a dynamic landscape architect candidate with expertise in public work from concept design to construction administration to join our collaborative team. A successful candidate will have a passion for the profession, be highly organized, a great designer, and able to work on multiple projects of various sizes simultaneously. The Senior Landscape Architect roles oversees landscape designers and assists in training and supporting the team in learning about great design and high-quality construction.
The ideal candidate(s) will meet the following requirements:
- 8+ years’ experience as a licensed Landscape Architect working primarily public projects
- Self-motivated with proven leadership skills and have managed teams
- Detail oriented, thorough, well-organized, and effectively manage time
- Proven record of maintaining client relationships
- Team player with excellent listening skills and diplomacy; willingness to work with multiple different colleagues on a variety of initiatives
- Outstanding oral communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills – ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Consultative, service-oriented with collaborative problem-solving skills
- Proactive and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage change effectively
Compensation includes paid time off, sick days, and paid holidays. In addition, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, retirement plan and bonus system are included. We take pride in supporting our staff with professional development opportunities. This role includes the option to work remotely after 6 months’ employment, for 1-2 days per week.
Annual Salary: $90,000-$115,000
