Our client, a leading investment banking firm specializing in the built environment, is seeking a Vice President to join their Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Advisory team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to play a key role in guiding clients through complex ownership transitions and strategic financial decisions.
About the Role
As a Vice President on the ESOP Advisory team, you will:
- Lead and manage ESOP transactions from initial engagement through closing.
- Advise clients on ownership transition strategies, valuation, and capital structure.
- Oversee financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction execution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive growth and enhance service offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 6+ years in investment banking, corporate finance, or ESOP advisory.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of ESOP structures, valuation methodologies, and transaction processes.
