This internship will help strengthen our social media and influencer marketing capabilities during a critical campaign period while building a talent pipeline for future digital roles. The role will also directly support paid media execution, influencer activations, and performance reporting which are areas where hands-on support enables faster optimization, more consistent content delivery, and deeper insights across campaigns. In addition, the intern's research and reporting deliverables will contribute to continuous learning by identifying emerging social trends, competitive dynamics, and optimization opportunities that inform brand decisions throughout the summer.
The position serves as a professional development opportunity within our department's learning culture. Through exposure to live campaigns, cross-functional collaboration, and direct mentorship, the intern gains foundational experience in modern digital marketing, while the team benefits from additional analytical and creative capacity at a high-activity time of year.
Responsibilities:
Assist with execution and tracking of paid social and influencer marketing campaigns.
Organize campaign assets, monitor performance, and support pacing and delivery checks.
Conduct research on social trends and competitive brand activity to inform strategy.
Support influencer identification, outreach coordination, and deliverable tracking.
Pull campaign data, compile reports, and summarize actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support content planning and creative development.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to performance recaps and optimization recommendations.
Qualifications:
Junior or senior-level college student pursuing Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
Relevant coursework encouraged but not required.
Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively on remote or hybrid teams.
The expected pay rate for this position is between $15.00 and $20.00 per hour and is full time.Â
